I sent in my paperwork on Monday. But I have a couple of questions. Just remember I've always stayed the AllStars.
Do you have to take your towels to the pools/need more when you get back or should you bring your own?
How centrally located are the Laundry faciltiies if you get a studio?
Where are the places that Tiffany cars stop at for groceries for you?
What do you normally buy for the food in the rooms-snacks, bkft foods, etc?
What is there to do at the DVC places that don't cost extra money? Are there places to just sit and relax?
Any other comments would be appreciated.

There are towels at the pools. The laundry for studio guests at OKW is at the pools. You can sit and relax at the pools or most of the DVC resorts have chairs or benches around. Some of the DVC resorts like the ones connected to a WDW resort have plenty of restaurants. You may like BWV the best, they have bars, night-club like spots over there.

First of all, welcome home!! :) Where did you buy -- SSR?

Now let me see if I can help w/your questions:

There will be plenty of towels for you down by the pools. No need to bring any w/you from the villa. :)

I feel they're all fairly accessible. Exact location depends on the resort...at OKW, for example, they're located by the pools.

Pretty much wherever you'd like (if this has changed, someone please correct me). We always rent a car, and do our shopping at either Winn-Dixie or Publix.

We do a lot of cooking in our villa - we feel that having a kitchen is one of the wonderful perks of DVC! We buy milk, pop, bottled water, bagels, pop tarts, sandwich fixin's, frozen dinners, and even sometimes chicken or steak to cook in the villa.

We own at VWL and love to just sort of wander around the resort! There are lots of places there to just sit and people-watch or read, for example. We love to swim, and there are activities for kids (at WL, there are the duck races and crafts, for example) that don't cost anything.

HTH a little -- I know you'll love owning DVC!! :)
