Dave,

Regarding Car hire are you aware of any companies selling car rental only (no extras)
so I can use the Nat West policy again we have bought VS flght only.

Between them Nat West and Amex have sold thousands of their policies,
the result being many of the hire companies are stopping or limiting the number of insurance free cars they supply. ( which just confirms where their profits were coming from)

I'm trying to stick with fly drive as the only sure way ( and you can book way in advance of schedulled).
