A question about reservations

Hi, I just called Disney and asked about rooms available with certain codes, and I asked for Dec. 18 to 28, and they said they only had from the 16th to the 26th. So I asked if I could stay from the 18th to the 26th, and they said no, I had to stay starting on the 16th. Why? The code doesn't have a minimum stay or anything like that.

I just don't understand, if the room is available, why do I have to stay all those nights?

Something seems wierd there......I'd call again and ask for your original dates again and then ask for the reduced set of dates if need be, and see what happens. -HM

This doesn't sound right. I would call them back, sometimes you can get a CM who doesn't know what they are talking about. Let us know what happens.
