"A Private Affair" at Hilton Head

Hi,

My husband and I have just booked a 1-br. villa for the weekend of 12/14-12/17 at Hilton Head. It will be our first trip to the resort and we are very excited for some time away together in the hectic holiday season. We are celebrating our fifth wedding anniversary later in December and are kind of viewing this weekend trip as our primary celebration since our actual anniversary comes three days after Christmas. We've heard about "A Private Affair" and we're interested in possibly adding this experience to our upcoming trip.

How do we book "A Private Affair"? How much does it cost? Is it going to be difficult to arrange this dinner less than three weeks out? Any advice will be helpful.
