a princess and a pirate will enjoy disney to celebrate their 5 year anniversary:)

Oh gosh I hope everything works out all right with your flights. If you remember from my TR I've had quite a few troubles with our flights but in the end it worked out all right. So anyway I hope all goes well and you can take that earlier flight!!

every year my DH and don't really make a huge deal out of our anniversary-- we just go to disney each year for it HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! :) well this is a special year 5 years!!! The DH requested that we please eat at Le Cellier on our anniversary LOL I told him that was fine--- as long as the day before we can have a dinner to ourselves. For those of you just joining we are also traveling with my mom and her best friend ( Disney is not my dad's thing-- poor mom:()

so we are eating all of our dinners with them as well-- however my mom and I picked most of the places together:) so they will be joining us for our anniversary dinner:) I am still debating about the cake!! I guess i have to have someone really sale me on one of these delicious cakes:) i am so afraid it will go to waste!! but we at least would have 2 other people to help us eat it!! my other idea is to wait till the following week when me and DH are home and order a cake from a local bakery-- and have cake a rosa regale picnic style in the yard-- or relaxing on the porch:) I am not a big cake eater-- and the day i get back from disney i got back to counting my WW points!! So unless i can order a really small cake-- maybe i will forget this idea LOL

I still really want to do something special for DH-- either get him a nice gift to give to him for his anniversary-- or book him the snorkling, or racing experience!! This is a hard decision!!

well .. anyways this is something to think about lol but on with my plans for Sept 18th

i think i might try to check tonight on the online dinning to see if anything is open for breakfast that morning-- we are already going to Kona one morning for breakfast-- so maybe i might try Crystal Palace, or Cape may cafe-- hmm-- i think it would be nice to have a nice enjoyable breakfast together to start off our anniversary :) The day is sorta up in the air-- if we go to Cap May then we will hop to epcot, if Crystal Palace-- then we will stay at Magic Kingdom for awhile-- I am leaning more toward the Cap may idea- because i know that we do have dinner at Le Cellier at 6pm that night and it would be a good day to finish up most of epcot-- ( oh no one more day after this :scared1:)

I cannot wait for my filet from Le Cellier!!! I can taste it already!!! I also get the mushroom filet- with the cream cheese mashed potatoes instead of the rice, and for dessert the delicious moose:) !!! I think i will feel like a moose after eating here LOL . Le cellier always amazes me and the amount of people who try to walk into this place-- they obvioulsy don't read the boards and know how popular this place is LOL. I remember last year--waiting outside for out table and at least 25 people in a matter of 10 mins came up and asked if they can be seated-- at this time ADRS were 180 and the CM's kindly told them-- nothing is avaliable that people book up to 6 months in advance and people really got upset!!! People really do go nutts over this place LOL!!!

so- after our delicious dinner-- i think we will try to see Illuminations one more time:) and either head back to the resort for some swimming-- and some drinks poolside-- or more shopping at DTD!! i guess depending on our moods-- and how tired we are:) I want out anniversary day to be a relaxing day spending time together:) :lovestruc

up next healthy meal idea for today:)

Ooo your anniversary night sounds like our last night, which is kinda our romantic night. We're going to LeCellier too and then watching Illuminations and then heading back to the resort to relax or take a swim!! If I must say so myself, sounds like a very good day!!

thanks so much!!! I guess i just need to calm myself down and know that i will get there!! LOL!! I am going to see if DH can work something out at his job--then i will call the airline to see what we can do:) Its just so funny because it seems like everytime i say to myself " hmmm i wonder if my flight changed again?" I look it up and yep it changes LOL!!! just my luck!!

there is just something about disney that just adds to the romance:) its all the magic!! I love swimming at the resort!! i love the excitment at night-- with all the parents letting the kids take a dip in the pool to get them all tired and ready for bed, heck i think thats why i go for a swim too LOL I get nice and relaxed and then i am ready for bed too:) LOL

todays meal idea is kind of boring LOL DH is working late:( So-- i decided to make white rice, and fresh broccoli and cauiflower!! I put spray butter and garlic salt on both the rice and veggies!! It was very good:) I am by no means a vegeterian -- I just don't eat meat too often! I enjoy light summer meals because of the heat makes me not so hungry! I did get a request for the DH tonight to make him brownies:) lol poor guy has been asking me all weekend to make him brownies - they are just from a box-- nothing exciting-- but he will enjoy them with some milk tonight. I will have my 1 point slim a bear for dessert LOL no brownies for me LOL!!!

Here is a few random pictures for the day:

This is me in on of the cars coming off of test track LOL

up next --- plans for the very last day in the world:( and trying to decide what events to book-- snorkling, cake, la nouba? decisions decisions!!

Oh I was the same with the flights. I would think "I should check my flight just to make sure nothing changed" and of course it did but with some devastating changes!! (Like completely missing a flight or landing in a completely different state than we originally flew from!!) But it eventually all got fixed!! Ok well if La Nouba is one of your choices of things to book that is my vote times 1000!!!! OMG I LOVED La Nouba!! It was such an amazing show and I would recommend it to anyone! I wanted to see it this trip but we just didn't have the time and we can't fit everything into this trip!!

i went back in your PTR and read about your flights!! OMG thats crazy!! I cant beleive they had you landing in a who different state LOL WOW!! we are still trying to see what DH can figure out with work hopefully early next week we will know if we can get the earlier flight! now i am really thinking i want to see La noumba:) there are so many options of things i want to do:) I just have to pay my trip off first and get the spending money together:) LOL they i will schedule the fun!! I always take way too much to disney with me I don't know what i am thinking LOL but its nice to take extra in case we do find something we really want to do:) or in case of emergency! I am going to have to check out La noumba tickets-- what category seating did you sit in and what would you recommend?

Yeah but all that plan stuff is all figured out now. so that's good. I can't remember what category it was, I'm thinking it was 2 but I'm not sure. I would recommend not the section right up front cause I think you'll miss the stuff that's up in the air (don't want to ruin too much :)) but that next section up from the stage, I think it's category 2 and I would say try to get as close to the middle section width wise as well. Hope that all makes sense, if it doesn't just let me know and i'll try to explain better!!

sorry guys i have been MIA for a few days:cool1: my best friend from maryland is in town:) so we have been hanging out!! I have also started walking around my neighborhood for some excercise and to get my muscles ready for disney LOL!! I just got done watching disney cruise line on travel channel!! Just watching that got me more in the disney mood!!! I think one of these days i might want to do the disne cruise:) We were thinking of going with DH's brother and his wife this year-- but we decided we prefered a lot more days at the parks LOL.

healthy meal of the day for yesterday:
In case anyone is following this:) Yesterday was just a fast simple dinner because i was out walking LOL I had the lean cusine roasted veggie pizza!! SO GOOD!! I forgot i am eating a low-fat pizza!! and it was only 6 points!! I have been so on target lately with everything and i feel soo good about it:)

up next-- I believe is my plans for the last full days in the parks:(, then healthy meal idea for today, and the plans that you guys have to help me on-- what events/extras to do at disney??:confused3

wow congrats on your weight loss also!! 43 pounds!! thats such a acomplishment!!! What do you do to losee weight? do you do weight watchers? or just count calories? I am also curious what diet other people find success on:) I am also trying to losee about 15 more before disney in sept also! We can help encourage each other:) keep up the good work!!

Thanks. To lose weight I count calories. I try to stick to 1200-1300 a day. I eat so much celery I am amazed I don't have whiskers...........:lmao:. I do love it though. I think about how much energy I had when we went to Disney in May and I was 43 lbs lighter. The first time I went to Disney was in 1986 and I was a whole 120 lbs. I could have walked to the moon and back without it being a problem, well I guess being 23 years younger might have had something to do with it too :rotfl2:. Having encouragement is great, it really helps because it is so easy to just eat and not think about it. We can definitely encourage each other.

This day is very sad to write:( I get sad thinking about it that there will be a last day at disney!! :sad2: but i will enjoy every moment i have-- so here goes:)

This morning we will wake up very early! and Epcot will be our first park of the day-- we always have to get on soarin one last time:) and a few more things as well if we can. We will get some cute last day photopass pictures and take some pictures or our own-- and hit the countries up one more time:) maybe some catina nachos for lunch, and a glass of rosa regale:rotfl2: we will spend most of the early afternoon here-- maybe around 1:00pm we will head to magic kingdom-- we will have to go on pirates of the carribean one more time--, its a small world, of course get one last dole whip too!! The last day at magic kingdom i like to take as many pictures of the castle as possible-- because i know it will be a year till i see it again LOL or maybe less you never know:) we will stay at the park till around 5 depending-- we have a 6pm ressies at Ohana-- and i love spending time at the poly-- i keep debating if i wanted to get the pictures were the CM will take you around poly for your pictures-- if we do this , today would be a good day to do this-- and we will go over earlier if we need to for our appointment-- if this is one of the things i decide to do-- i have so many ideas in my head LOL . I also want to go to tampu lounge and try a lampu lampu for the first time before dinner:) those look sooo good, and they just look fun that they are served in the pineapple!! We always walk along the beach at the poly and get some good pics from the beach- and just enjoy the resort!! Then we will get ready for dinner:

We tried Ohana for the first time last year-- and we could not get a ressie till 9:45 last year--so we cancelled but one day i decided to call disney dinning to see what i can get-- and BAM and ressie opened up so we gave up kona last year to try ohana-- but dont worry we are going to kona this year too:) This year we got a 6pm ressie right away!! I love the food at this place and the atompsphere!! It really feels like what it might feel like to be in Hawaii!!! And the bread pudding banana dessert oh my!! LOL i actaully found the recipe for this on all ears-- and i might try to make this one day soon:) the DH loved it and it would be a big suprise if i could make it for him!!

After dinner we will either hop back to MK for wishes-- or relax at te poly for awhile-- and watch wishes from the beach-- i am thinking we might watch them from the beach-- because we never did that before it will be a nice romantic end to a wonderful trip:)

Then we will hope to DTD for one last time!!I will get some more sourvenirs, and some soaps from basin!! which i love!! Which reminds me i should go online and order more soap lol to get me through till my trip LOL!!

Then back to the resort--for packing -- maybe a fast last swim-- and a good nights sleep with visions of mickeys in my head LOL thinking to myself " but i dont want to go home" as i throw my tantrum in my head LOL!!!

Oh no, the last day!! :scared1: Oh well, it hasn't actually happened yet and you still have your whole vacation ahead of you!!

Friday went and got a cute pedicure:) Now i have to get one for sure before disney:) Sat-- cleaning all day-- and got rid of old clothes that are way too big for me :cool1:, and now i am having a peacful morning to myself-- my hubby went golfing-- and i am doing some laundry-- and decided to update:) Ok so some of the things i need help with-- are i want to book some " extras" on my trip-- but i am having a heart time figuring out what to do-- Here are some of the things i have in mind:

~Book Josh a snorkling adventure in the living seas
~ Book Josh a Richard Petty driving experience

Ok so I say definitely get a small cake to be delievered either to the restaurant, I would say definitely do it on your actually anniversary because you said your mom and her friend will be there and since you're not a big cake eater they can help you eat it! :) I say definitely do LaNouba, I say this is a must, it's an amazing show! I would definitely do the the Segway Tour, we did the one that takes you through WS and it was so much fun, not only did we get to ride a segway (which is fun, a little scary at first but you get used to it really quickly!!) we learned a lot about WS. I loved it!! I know you said that Josh is a big Nascar fan (at least I think you said that!!) so I would book that one. I've never done it, no one in my family is a fan, but I've read a lot of people's TR and whenever they did it they said is was awesome and would definitely recommend it to people, so there have been good reviews on that. Can't say I know much about the snorkling or the pics at Poly but I would think the pictures would be a nice souvenior and i would say do it if you have the time and money!! Hope all that helps!!

i just wanted to give a quick update before i start updating on trip related things lol sorry to all my readers that i have not been around the last few days- it has been a stressful week so far- my hubby had a audit at his work - that he had to pass -- and it ended up being 2 days long because his store has over 900 customers but he PASSED!!! WOOHOO!!!:worship: i am soooo proud of him:) he has worked so hard to get everything together for this- putting in late nights, working on his days off-- and i had to eat many many dinners alone LOL but it all paid off in the end:) So i think for sure now i want to get him a cake for our anniversary-- and i am thinking the living seas experience for him as his anniversary present/suprise for a job well done:) That is such a accomplishment!! My hubby is in the retail business and is a general manager- and they have these oh so fun audits every 6 months!!! His store grew soo much that he wanted to make sure everything was in line. I knew he could do it!!!

hmmm.. now were did i leave off? I believe more shopping adventures, and departure day-- grrr:eek: more updates on the way stay turned!!!!

thanks so much for your help and input:) So far as of today this is what i decided on-- I am going to order the cake for our anniversary and get this delivered to Le Cellier-- and share it with my mom and her best friend- and then we could eat the leftovers for a few days- DH's fave cake is white butter cream icing with white almond cake batter- no i just have to decide it i am going to do a disney themed cake or something plan that just says happy anniversay-- so much planning is involved in a disney trip LOL. Also i think for sure i am going to book the hubby the Living with seas snorkling- he deserves this after all this audit stuff he has been through for work this week!! And I can't wait to suprise him with this and the day we have to go i will tell him-- he will be sooo excited:) I can't wait to get some good pics:) I am also really thinking i will book the seeds tour in the land at epcot-- Josh has always , always wanted to do that. I think i am deciding not to do the segway and the richard petty experience this year-- and still really considering doing this pics at the poly--- so i am slowly but surely deciding:) woohoo!!
