Oooo I'm reading that book now too!! Isn't it great! I'm really enjoying it. I also bought the Imagineering Field Guide. They have one for MK, Epcot, and AK. None for HS yet. I love them. They are so detailed and you actually know you're getting the right facts not just "well it may be this, or we think it's this". I really really enjoyed them!! They're like $10 too so not too expensive!!


Oh and I also found some places online that they sell the amikas but for some reason I think I saw them at Sally's hair supply so I'm going to check there first. Then I don't have to pay for shipping! But I did find it!

Day 6-- wow i hope my trip goes not go as fast as my PTR LOL. Day 6 i plan on getting up for a early swim-- eat some breakfast-- shower-- and head over to epcot-- we will go through the countries at epcot-- get some nachos from San Angel cantina-- its a tradiiton!! and spend the afternoon and epcot, and we might walk over to the boardwalk---to see whats going on over there! when wer are done-- we are going to take the boat over to hollywood studios for dinner-- i always like taking the boat over there-- very relaxing!! We have a 5:55 ressie for Mama Melrose-- now i have never been here before-- but the smell of the wood grill cannot keep me away any longer lol!! When i walk by i just about go nutts!! Now, i have heard so many mixes reviews on Mama's so i am going to need some of your opinions we are going to keep the ressie-- but-- i want to know what i am going to be in for lol. After looking at the menu i think i might get the penne alla vodka that they have-- and the tirasmu for dessert!! MMMM!!! I love Italian food!! so this will be a good place for us

after dinner we will finish up some things at hollywood studios-- and then hop on over to downtown disney-- i think this night i will focus on getting some souvenirs-- I love going into the HUGE christmas store in DTD-- i always have to get a few ornaments for my tree each year-- and when i decorate my tree i always think of all my trips! and then... i get a disney itch again lol-- i really think that ideally going twice a year would be so much better!! Once every 6 months LOL

Also some of my souenirs i love to buy-- are T-shirts from Rainforest cafe-- i also hit the clearance racks they have in front of the store lol- and get comfy pants or t-shirts-- and cute lounging outfits!

After shopping at DTD i think we will come back--- may take a dip in the pool and then a good night sleep

Next up: healthy food meal idea of the day, Narcoosee's/ and still maybe a cake?

well i wanted to update more yesterday-- but ended up falling aslepp opps!! LOL however i will give you my healthy meal for the day from yesterday-- it was going to be grilled chicken salads-- but i forgot to take the chicken out of the freezer opps!! So it was spinach, feta w/grape tomatoes. To make this you need 2 bags of spinach, 1 packet of grape tomatoes, onion, minced garlic, feta, and spray butter-- sautee the onions and garlic in the non fat spray butter-- then add the spinach till it wilts-- and then add the tomotoes sautee for 5 mins --- remove and drain any excess juice-- add 1/4 cup of feta. I love making instand mashed potatoes with this and mix the spinach in with the potatoes..

Tonite will be grilled chicken salads-- and i will share how i make that later

i posted the other day about being unsure about WCC-- and asking opinions about the wave-- but didnt get any lol hust kidding!! Come on all you lurkers out there come and join us I promise not to make this totally boring lol!!

well after thinking about it-- and comparing menus the winner is....

THE WAVE!!!!

okay- this is why this place won one reason is just look at this place it almost look like it could be a 2 credit place to eat at but its only one-- and second the menu looks amazing!! I also lover that its a organic place with " healthy options" well heck at least i can have at least one healthy meal at disney lol

This place really caught my attention-- but i would still lover reviews if anyone has been here recently- i hope you had a good experience.

I feel so excited about my decision!! And can't wait to try it!!

OMG!! I am soo full!!! but had the most delicious grilled chicken salad This is how i make it: I take spring mix lettuce, and mixed greens, carrots, grape tomatoes, strawberries, cucumbers green pepper-- i make a normal salad put it in a large bowl. I also in the meantime bake a few pieces of boneless skiness chicken breast tenders-- I get these from aldi-- for a 3 pound bag for $5.99!!! I am a aldi lover!!! I spice up the chicken a little with kicking chicken-- its a spice with a little bite to it!! I get this at sams club. While i am baking the chicken-- i sautee-- onion, and yellow, and red peppers in spray butter. I cut the chicken into tiny slices-- and pull out how much of the salad veggies i want-- and i use newmans own low-fat balasmic vinegerette-- and measure 2 tablespoons out-- and i had croutons, feta cheeese, the chicken and the onions and peppers that were grilled and put this all into a bowl with a lid-- close the lid and SHAKE IT!! I do this so the dressing spreads- its a trick to using a small amout of dressing -- and it covers everything!! The whole salad was huge and only about 5 points!!AMAZING!!!

I am a little upset though because i am tired of eating dinners alone My husband is a general manager or a sales and retail store-- and he works crazy hours from 9am-8pm-- its a great job-- but sometimes i get lonely-- and miss him when eating dinner-- but thats what i have the disboards too-- oh yeah and that stuff called housework also LOL

After i digust my dinner-- i might have a slim a bear fudge bar tonite for 1 point!! I can only imagine how many points a mickey bar on a stick is LOL hmm-- i would love to figure that one out i think i might!

First of all let me just say i love when you type up a post-- and BAM your computer freezes!!! GRRR!! but anyways i will type it again and try to remember what i typed. Ok -- one reason i need to go shopping is because all the cute clothes i got last year for disney are huge on me since i lost so much weight-- its a good think because i rather be thin LOL but a bad think-- because i have so many cut things that are almost brand new that will just sit there till i can give them away, or donate or sale them BUMMER!! So-- I already got a lot of cute clothes for disney- but mainly they are causual cute tops and shorts for wearing in the parks-- but i am planning on dressing up for Three meals:Narcoossee's, The wave ( just because it looks so nice in there), Le Cellier on our actual anniversary, and maybe-- Ohana if we decide to get our pictures taken around the poly with the photo pass prior to dinner ( which i still need to figure that all out). LOL.

So a little about my shopping background-- I am a bargain shopping! I love a good sale, i use coupons, and i always try to " pre-shop". Pre-shop means i check out the websites of the stores before i go-- and have in mind what i am looking for and the price range i am going to be spending in the store. I have a few favorite stores- New york & Company is my fave, American Eagle, and Forever 21!!

With shopping in mind i do have a question-- what the heck is the dress code for Narcoossee's? It says no tank tops? So does that mean no sleepless dresses? really? Or do they really mean tube tops? What have people worn to signature dinning in the past? Oh and they also say no flip flops-- do they mean all flip flops? Or do they mean just the rubber kinds? I have a cute dressy black pair and looks more like a sandal-- but i am afraid i will get there they will look at my feet and turn me away LOL!!!

So during my " Pre-Shopping" This is what i found, I am going shopping either Tomorrow or Sat

I think it looks a little nicer and like I said if you feel uncomfortable maybe you can get a cardigan or something to put over it so your arms wouldn't show. I do like the pink dress though too just not for Narcossee's. Is there anywhere else you can wear the pink dress? well this is not really a " healthy meal idea" but its portion controlled-- Sometimes on fridays i like to get a happymeal from mcdonalds-- lol i call it happymeal friday LOL!! i like geting a happy meal because of the portion control-- and for WW points its 12 points!! so i save my points on friday for

happymeal!!

and a kids diet coke


oh yeah and toys from my hapymeal i give some of them to my puppy for chew toys
they last about a week then get tossed

so here is a fastfood option for a portion controlled meal idea

thanks so much i love New york & Co!! you should check it out for sure!! also thanks for all of your suggestion-- too bad i did not have a successful shopping trip last night I went to AE for the dresses-- and they did not have the ones i wanted and the ones they did have they did not have in my size, and the shirt from NY & CO they did not have it in the store-- but i will just order that one online. I am going to try another American Eagle today to see if i can find those dresses. I did also find one i liked at NY & Co yesterday-- but it was black and white-- and i wanted one with a little color-- but its a back up plan dress-- i am so picky when it comes to clothes shopping!! I also want to find a jean skirt-- that i can wear with a cute tank top-- but it looks like this is also like finding a needle in a haystack!! LOL sorry is so tough sometimes!!! All i want is cute disney clothes LOL but i keep striking out-- lol oh well lets hope i have luck later today- we are supposed to get a pretty bad storm in the pittsburgh area today- so its a good shopping day-- since its overcast and will be rainy!!

on sept 17th i think we are going to start out with a small breakfast at the resort-- and head down to downtown disney-- for some shopping. I think i want to try either Wolfgangs pucks express for lunch--- or earls-- I love earks-- but never had wolfgangs before. After spending some time at DTD-- i think we will go back and get ready for our anniversary dinner at Narcoossee's Our actually anniversary is Sept 18th-- but we are also traveling with my mom and her friends-- and we are all going to Le Cellier the next day-- DH wanted to eat at Le Cellier for our anniversary-- but we wanted to go someplace fancy and alone also so thats why Narcoossees will be on the 17th. Does anyone know if they will do anything special for us being that its our anniversary celebration?? I have heard different things like free campagne-- micky confetti on the table-- I let disney dinning know that it will be our anniversary-- so we will see i guess-- Also i still want to order this cake-- but might wait to have it delivered to Le Cellier the next day-- for our actual anniversary-- or maybe not a cake at all? I am having a alot of trouble on this decision-- do not want to waste the cake-- but would love to have one!! Anyone know if i can get a really small one? And what the best place to order this from? Come on lurkers i know someone can help me out lol

we have our dinner ressie at 6 so we will either hang out at grand floridan for awhile after dinner and watch wishes from the beach-- or we will hop back to magic kingdom and watch the fireworks from the park, I guess depending on how long dinner takes--
