A preimer pass question with magic bands

I have called 2 times. Been told I would be notified in 2 days about then being linked. No luck. What was the error you were receiving when trying to link them?

They told me they contact me but never did it just got fixed when i tried to link it would say already linked to another account. or sometimes it give me a number to call. i would call and ask to speak to a manager i am guessing they are getting a lot of these so they my be a having a hard time keeping up.
 
Was wondering if you were able to get your pass linked also. I'm going down to DL 10/18 and was going to upgrade my annual pass to Premiere for our Dec/Jan trip. If I will not be able to schedule FP+ I will stay with 7day hopper.

Yes once I called I am able to make fast pass plus not sure if it linked to the magic band. But I am able to make fast pass reservations you will have to call and give them your info and they can do it. Unless they found a way to do it with the app maybe even guest services in dl can help or at least let you use their phone to call. They take your info and pass it along to their help department they says they get back to you but they didn't with me but did fix the problem. So I was okay that they didn't get back to me.
