a postive towncar expirence

we arrived at mco on oct 3 and left oct 12.we used magic city transporation.out of a score of 10 i give it a 12!we were met my dennis at mco on the thrid a very nice and funny man.he was great!we got in our towncar,very clean and i found a pack of disney magizines and that days local papers as well as stock report newspapers.very nicely displayed and tucked neatly in the back of the front seat.our trip to pop he gave us little details about orlando and pointed out litlle sight seeing details. on the way to pop showed us universal and sea world.we arrived at pop shortly and safe.they have a option that if you book round trip they will give you a free basic stroller to use for your trip.i found the stroller to be very clean,easy to use and very convenient.dennis refused to allow us to help him with our luggage.

return trip.we requested a 5:30 pick up at pop via towncar to go to mco.no town car was sent.instead we were sent a super strech limo! I was sitting in the front of pop by luggage assist and this limo pulls in.I'm looking to see who gets out of it.perhaps a big movie star.nope just a driver.we were the only people around so he walks up to us and says are you the so and so's??yes we are, then i'm here for you.WOW a free limo up grade.we went to mco in stlye.this driver had one rule.he looks at us and says the only rule is just because your leaving disney there is to be no crying!this is a fun limo and you are only alloowed to have fun while in it.he also was great and would not allow us to help him with our luggage.i can't remember his name.they were great to use and this is not our first time using a towncar this is our first time using them.we will use them on our next trip.they also offer free grocery stop among of other different choices.

Glad you had a great experience, unfortunately they have notified all of us who had them booked for upcoming trips that they are going out of business.

Glad to hear you had a great experience. Wish I could say the same. Our driver was not very good at all. Left me & my 2 ds at the luggage claim & told us to me him outside. After getting our luggage I walked around for awhile & could not find him. Finally had to call the owner. Was not a pleasant experience for our 1st time using a Town car service. He was not at the bottom of the escalator waiting for us, left us at luggage claim, had to carry our luggage out, could not find him, then he had the nerve to ask for a tip! I will say the owner was very apolgetic, it was not his fault. He did say the last time I talked to him that he was closing his business because he was having trouble finding good help & he is not able to drive at the moment. Guess I got the bad apple on this trip

We had a bad experience with them as well and our next trip was supposed to be comped because of it, but now they are out of business. Our driver was late on pickup and never showed for our return. we had to take a cab and almost missed our flight because of it. as in your case the owner was apologetic and it was a contracted driver so there was really nothing they could do. It really opened my eyes about town car services in Orlando, there is very little accountability with these contract drivers and that does not make me feel great about using ANY of the services out there.

Hmmm wonder if we had the same driver? I was also told we would be comped on our next trip & then when I talked to him again he told me about closing his business. Our driver was late picking us up as well & I was getting nervous, but he did show finally. I will be trying ME on our next trip.
