River Belle Terrace – Premium Package Fantasmic food review?

We just did the Fantasmic Premium package today,
no, we ordered water/Diet Coke and bubble water. I should have, but in the chaos just paid and left. it was a 34$ per person "fee" as I remember. With a 25% tip total paid was $320. Now I'm curious what others paid.

We did the Fantasmic Premium package today. The way that the prices were listed on the receipt were kind of weird, but it charges adults $55+ $34 fee for some reason. It still came out to the appropriate amount though (55+34=89).

Our party was actually 9 people so I ended up making 2 reservations of 5 and 4. The group of 5 got a table in the front next to the railing, and I was in the group of 4 behind them in the second row of tables. I agree with the other posters that I thought the view of Fantasmic was fine from there. I can imagine the view is probably better from the standard package seating area (though I have never been), but I found the view from the Premium section perfectly fine. I didn't find the people walking around to be distracting at all. We were kind of in the middle of 2 of the water projections, so it was a bit difficult to see what was on them at times.

The fireworks are obstructed by the trees as others have mentioned. You can see them pretty clearly but you are often looking through the trees unless the fireworks go very high.

Can you order other drinks, like alcohol and mocktails, and just pay the regular price for them?

Is the whole regular menu available?

Really? I thought the meal package wep oage said you could order off the regular menu a RBT
Has it changed? When we were there (May 24 - the first day of the package), our server told us that we could not sub from the regular menu. Specifically, we asked if we could order the red velvet cake and were told that we could not, even if we paid extra. https://www.disboards.com/threads/fantasmic-thread.3936261/post-65514761

Note that the price for RBT Fantasmic went up from $55 to $58.

We had this package on our trip in 2021 so my opinion is not based on a recent experience. The teen grandsons complained about the food so I had to remind them we were there for the seating in a real chair, with a back and a good view of Fantasmic, not because the food was wonderful. If I had to sit on the ground, I would not be able to get up. So having a comfortable seat was worth it to me.

This is probably a silly question, answered elsewhere so apologies in advance. I'm finding booking the RBT Premium Package impossible to book for a 7:15 dining reservation. There's nothing that says "Premium" when I look at the Fantasmic Dining Packages for RBT. Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to specifically book 7:15 PM (which is unavailable) to get the Premium "Fantasmic from your table" experience? If I book 4:20 PM I'm assuming I'm only getting the standard seating. It is probably just that the Premium RBT package is sold out but I'd like to know for sure. Thanks!

It goes within seconds right when booking opens up. I found a RB Premium listing about 4 or 5 entries down in the list of Fantasmic packages. When I clicked it, there was only one booking time, which was 7:15. If you see any other times (like your 4:20 example), that’s standard rather than Premium.

The premium package is very difficult to book due to limited seating. You have to be quick at 6am 60 days out to book this.

Ahhhh, okay, thanks. Makes total sense. You think I'd know as I'm no newbie to 60-day-out-booking stalking at Disneyland! I've just never tried or even considered the RBT seated viewing. We really, really enjoyed our WoC Dessert party and now we're spoiled, eating and drinking and sitting to watch a show is pretty much #1 on the wish list. I shall set a reminder on my calendar for September 15th!

Start practicing several days early so you know where to spot the Premium listing.

It's also worth checking while you're there. There's a 24 hour cancellation policy for RBT Premium. Some people might cancel the day before.

Another question, if I am booking for a party of 2, will we have to share a table with another party or are there tables setup for 2 people?

Our party of 2 had our own table (4-top, only used 2 seats).

I was curious about this to. I am going to be trying for a reservation for my December trip with my mom. Neither one of us can sit on the ground or stand for extended periods of time. So securing a premium dining reservation is likely the only way we will be able to see the show.

I got lucky and got a premium booking when I was just after a normal one . I was logged in and when through the website .I was logged in just before 7 and just kept refreshing and I had all options when it opened
