What age bracket are you?

I am in the 40-49 age bracket, even when my birthday comes along in April this year!

physical age, well I'm in that mid 30's time of life!

Well mental age is in the 20s, actual age I fall into the 30-39 bracket, but only just, physically my age is about 60 (well I've just been to the gym and I have a hangover from last nights quick drink!)

No Kazzie, its funny because I have never had any hang-ups about my age, like turning the big 40 was just another birthday for me!

Hate to admit it but I am in the 40 - 49 group - but I do have a three year old DD who keeps me young - well they say life begins at 40 - hers did
