Disney or universal!

I'd have to vote for both !! Have been visiting and loving WDW since the year they opened - but in the last few years we have been adding a few days at Universal to every trip - they are rapidly improving in my eyes with new attractions, the wonderful on-site hotels/restaurants and FOTL !!

Sorry I don't think this is a fair poll as has been said before many times apples & oranges it only makes the universal boards bash disney which I think we don't really need to do as disney boards already do it

Sorry Major thought it was another silly adult starting an discussion which really has no winner both parks are completely diffrent and almost everyone probably went to Disney to first which means we all probably have a liitle magical memory

If you compare just the Magic Kingdom to Universal Studios ( meaning that you are only going to go to one or the other) my 14 stepson would pick Universal Studios. The rides at Universal are the simulator type rides (you feel like you are moving but you aren't) and there are 3-D movie type shows. Magic Kingdom has more of the rides where you are moving through scenery. For some reason my SS prefers the more "high tech" rides at Universal to the good old Disney rides.

Of course, Disney also has MGM, Epcot and Animal Kingdom which all are different and have their own fun rides.

Have to agree with what's already been said, major - love them both equally . Have you also posted the poll on the Disney forum? Needless to say, you'll get a different result. Which do you prefer?
