Everyone says Im just right but I dunno o.0

I was doing all right until this second baby...I keep saying when she sleeps through the night I might do better on this weight thing, but when I have to go to work after being up with her, I have to have things like Coke and chocolate to get me through the day with some semblance of energy! I'm home for the summer now, but chasing the two kids around all day is not burning the calories like I was hoping they would. Actually, I gained back 3 of the 7 pounds that I had lost after school got out...So put me in the needs to lose 10 more pounds category.

I would love to lose some, not too much, but just enough to get back to what I was or there abouts after my first child was born. Second pregnancy left me with extra fat. Lots of fluid that I just can't shift.

A little cushiony--just finished physical therapy and getting back to running. Technically---I'm in my weight range though.

Sit down on any bench at WDW and you will see the real answer to the question. Kinda like Jeannie's bottle. :scratchin

Doc told me last yr not to loose any more weight. I lost 45lbs in 2003 and have maintained. Went from 165 to 120lbs
I dont always drink my water or eat my veggies. I do good though eating fruit. My cholesterol #s are starting to go back up - went from 198 to 165, now at 180 - doc wants #s back down again.

I recently lost around 10 pounds. I want to lose another 10-15 and then I'll be super happy. :) (had a baby last year)

Just right body-wise, but I do worry about my cholesterol.

I'm between the 2-just right to needing to lose 10-15 lbs. People say i'm just right, I feel I need to lose 10-15....what is new??

I'm in the same league as Beastlover. Most people would say I'm fine but I know I've put on a few lbs (about 7) in the last few years that I'd like to get rid of. It was nice having all my clothes a little loose rather than just fitting or being a little snug. However, I'm at the gym 5-6 days a week doing hardcore cardio as well as doing weights 3x a week so I'm not sure how much more exercise I could do. I eat a healthy diet for the most part although I wish I could lose my sweet tooth. All in all though I'd say I'm pretty happy with myself.

Weight wise, I am just fine, average, maybe low side of average on the chart. Lost a little when DH went to Iraq. Would love to tone my thighs up though. Been working on that for a year! Walking and lateral thigh trainer etc.

At my age (51) I'd say I'm about 5 over and some of that was from all the eating on our cruise!!! :teeth:

But after losing, 128lbs, Im FINALLY Just Right... :cool1:

Now all I wish I had is a Tummytuck that Insurance would cover, but Im not that lucky...

DH tells me to give up some Disney trips.. But I dont know about that.......

::yes:: Me too.

Daxx's Wife here. I took the poll and was surprised to see that I was the 2nd person in my category. I am very thin and petite (38 yo, 5'2", 98 lbs). I am a very active person, high metabolism and it has to be genetics b/c my family is thin (Dad, mom, bro.). I do eat healthy, eat portions until I am full (but not stuffed) and, quite honestly, would opt for dessert over dinner any day of the week. However, I do enjoy potato chips and have to say they are my one weakness. I could eat a whole bag in one sitting and call it dinner. Let's just say that I don't diet but do try to eat healthy and stay active.

I feel fortunate to not have to worry about weight yet. Who knows? Maybe one day, weight will become an issue.

DH, on the other hand, is a bigger guy. He could stand to lose about 30 lbs. but I don't push. I'm sure that his dr. would agree (and probably has said as much). DS has a bit of a tummy but he's going through a growth spurt (he's eating everything again). Once he gains in the height, he will lose in the tummy. I have made him cut down on a lot of snacking, though.

ETA - I don't think I'm extremely thin ... I think I'm just fine. However, everyone else manages to chime in "You're so skinny!" or "No wonder you're cold, you have no meat on your bones". And, no, I'm not afraid to gain weight -- I can eat a pan of brownies and not gain a pound. Not bragging here - but just to let you know what the metabolism is like.

I voted for "just right" because I am happy with where I am right now. I'm going to continue to eat healthy (most of the time) and exercise more (we're having a busy summer). I actually am hoping to lose a little more weight (5-10 lbs), but it's not something that I'm specifically working toward. I suppose it would be nice to lose it before my trip to Mexico, where I'll be sitting on the beach all week drinking all-I-can-drink pina coladas. :cool1:
