A pic heavy trip report (more pics than words I think)

This was our last night at Disneyland, and headed to Rainforest Cafe for dinner, and this is where the night ended for the little one, never seen him fall asleep like this before

Thanks for sharing your TR and pics, your little boy is gorgeous!!!!
Looks like he had a magical Time, I had a little tear in my eye when I saw his little face in the pic of him with the luggage!!
I hope you guys are able to make it back soon.

Thanks for all the pics! I'm going to be making my first trip ever in June, so I love to see people's photos to get an idea of what I have to look forward to. :cool1:

By the way, I love, love, LOVE how adorable your son is! My favorite pic is the one with Pluto kneeling and your son is on his toes hugging him. :lovestruc

Thank you for sharing. We really enjoyed having a look at your pics. What a cute little boy you have.

Also, I've been trying to decide whether to do Goofy's Kitchen for breakfast or not, but your experience has convinced me to go for it! :)

Gorgeous pics! Your TR has convinced me we HAVE to try and go at Christmas next time - crowds or no crowds!!

Thanks for a great trip report. Being in the parks at Christmas time is one of my dreams.

Thanks so much for sharing your trip with us!! I loved the pictures  Your son is too cute!!

If you don't mind me asking, what dates were you there? I am thinking Nov if it was the first Christmas parade. I am going this Nov, so I wanted to compare the dates with what you thought of the crowds and lines.

Your son is such a little doll. My teenage girls fell in love with him at first sight. What a great trip report, thank you.

Our first day at Disney was Friday 13 November and we left Thursday 19 November, was a great time to go.
Quite seriously we never really waited that long for anything, I think the longest we waited in a line was about 25 minutes (for Peter Pan LOL).
Most rides moved fast and we also used fastpasses alot (what a great invention!)
The first night we were there the fireworks show brought the crowds out, the place was packed BUT after the fireworks had finished the crowds dispersed.
Maybe also the fact that we had a few days there we felt we didn't have to rush to fit everything in??

So in summary i'd say
* use magical mornings when you can
* use fast passes
* give yourself a bit of time
* November is a great time to go, they're celebrating Christmas and nobody else is yet ;)

Thanks so much!! Those are almost the exact dates I am going this year. We are going Nov 12 - 19 or 20. I have been to DW the past 2 early Decembers, and while that used to be a good time to go, now all of Dec seems pretty crowded. From what I have read, the same has happened at DL. So I think that time in Nov sounds perfects. 25 min for Peter Pan sounds pretty short to me. I have seen well over an hour. :scared1:

Thanks again for sharing!! It was great to read a TR and look at pictures from the same week we are going!!

Becpee, I've finally had a chance to have a read and look through your trip report. So glad I did, love the photos, love your stories, your son is beyond adorable and I'm so happy you had a great time. Thank you so much for sharing.

My family went to Disneyland Nov. 16-20, 2009 and we loved it! The weather was perfect for us - 74-ish. We enjoyed so many ride walk-ons. Our longest wait by far was TSMM at 40 minutes. We just never made it over there until the evening, one of the evenings being a Friday, so of course it was going to be a long wait. If rides weren't walk-on, we waited up to 15 minutes and that was it. We would love to go back during that same week for a future trip. :goodvibes

becpee, I enjoyed all your pictures! It was fun to see pictures from the same days we were there!
