A/P Rate Question

I will be going on the Dis cruise 2/9-2/12 and staying at Pop Century 2/12 - 2/15 using my annual pass rate discount. My question is my brother will also be arriving 2/9 with us, but not going on the cruise. He does not have an annual pass and wants to stay at animal kingdom. Would I be able to get his room at the annual pass rate if I pay for it and check him in? I was unsure if you can get a ap rate at 2 different resorts at the same time? Thought I would check here before calling Disney and waiting on hold! Thanks!

As the long as the room is in your name and you check him in you should be fine. I believe you can book up to 3 rooms with the discount if it is available.
