loving the updates! We bought our A the "Judge Me By My Size" t-shirt. (its expecially cute in size 3t)

Ab is extremely petite...she is 15 and stands under 5 feet (dr. says she is done growing) weighs about 80 pounds and can wear a size 12 girl jeans (which is good for price, but makes for other items difficult because it does not look teenage enough for her). She thought the shirt was funny...her Christmas shirt she wore on Christmas said "I'm Not Short, I'm Elf Sized."

Great updates! I missed a few when I was away at SWW. Wow what an amazing room view!

Guess I will forgive you since you were at SWW...and I get to enjoy all the pictures! The room was amazing wait until I get the night on this days updates...NYE was amazing!

Too bad you lost the first DIS meet pics.

I never saw AK so empty. Great family pic too!! But look who's not wearing sunglasses and who is! The fog made for VERY interesting pictures of Everest!!

I know I was so mad at him for the sunglasses when I got the pictures back, until I relized I ruined the ones in Epcot with sunglasses...I sure wish I knew someone who was good at removing heads and putting them onto different picture bodies!

(Did you know the kids are eating Mickey ice cream sandwiches, not Mickey bars? Those are better than a Mickey bar!! And are sometimes hard to find. Grumpy just loves them, but not every cart carries them.)

I love the Mickey bar...but the kids like the sandwich...wow, I thought all carts had them...it seemed like everyone that we visited... had them!

I looked through my pics but I don't see you guys, I didn't take too many this trip. But I'm sure we had to pass throughout the day. We rode Priveval Whirl 3 times without stopping and noticed several other groups doing that too, seems like there was a car with only one person in it behind us.

Can't wait to see the rest of your day! I think we left just after lunch and went to DTD. We did Chef Mickeys for dinner then the Poly beach for the early fireworks! Too tired to stay up til midnight!

What an ordeal getting Jeff through the gate! Weird what they pick up on in security.

Yep, and the fool dared security to find it again the rest of the week...and they never did.

You have the advantage, want to describe your family? I really did not get a lot of pictures in AK either...not sure what was up that day. Probably was Boo...he rode that darn thing for atleast 15 minutes straight! Stupid carnival ride...

I am blushing over all the praise for my pictures...I thought they were pretty, but nothing too special...what they would have looked like if I would not have taken them walking as fast as I could through Asia...

I play security chicken going through airports. Whenever we are returning from a trip, my lips are always chapped. I conveniently "forget" that I have a tube of Chapstick in my pocket.

My DH will be livid if I am ever stopped.

I would have been livid if he got stopped again! I made sure that I had the pocket knife hidden in the suitcases we checked at the airport and almost did a pat down before we got to security just to double check him.

On Safari​

I decide that we need to continue to push forward with the touring plan and try to stay ahead of schedule as much as we can, taking advantage of EMH. According to my touring plan, our next stop is It’s Tough Being a Bug. Finding the entrance was a little tricky when you don’t have crowds to follow, but we manage it and even take a few moments to enjoy some of the “cravings” in the Tree of Life on our way in.

As we wait around for the next show, Boo (the self appointed funny man in our family) begins reading all the posters, laughing at the “changes” to the titles and then repeating them for us.

The boys especially liked this “dung ball…” yep it is a boy thing because Ab walked away in disgust. Goo is not thrilled with the dark cave like setting and starts to get anxious. I do my best to reassure him that there is nothing going to pop out and get him, and just about that time the doors open and we make our way into the show. Goo is entranced with his Insect Vision glasses and all is calm,

until the bugs start appearing and Ab just happens to be seated in one of the seats that has the button that makes it feel that the bugs are right there with you. She must have jumped sky high when the first one crawled across her back, and off course her brothers had to tease her for hours later about the bugs getting her.

After leaving the Tree of Life we make our way to Africa to pick up Fast Passes for later in the morning to ride Killaminjario Safari, since our window for more Fast Passes is open. Along with way we stop and take a few more pictures with the photopass photographers with the Tree of Life as our background.

I just can’t seem to get enough of looking at that tree. Once into Africa, we find the crowd seems to be here.

I find the fast pass machines for KS, but looking at the wait time (15 minutes) I make the call to go ahead and ride now (but go ahead and pick up a set for later). Ab is excited about seeing the animals, but Goo gets in his grumpy mood and nothing seems to work to get him out off it while we wait in line. Pretty soon it is our turn to board the buses and head off into the preserve.

The animals seemed to be out and about this time of morning, maybe they like EMH too because we sure got to see a wide variety up close, which does the trick to get Goo in a better mood.

What is up next has the kids bouncing all the way to from Africa to ...

I love the Mickey bar...but the kids like the sandwich...wow, I thought all carts had them...it seemed like everyone that we visited... had them!

I have transitional lenses so my glasses always look a bit darker.

Maybe they brought them back to all the carts! So rarely we have Grumpy with us, and that's the treat he looks for. The others eat the Mickey Premium Bars.

I think one thing I am loveing about this part of your TR... the WDW part... YOU are in the pictures more. I know it is hard what you are the picture taker... you get left out of the memories

Only because of Photopass...and there wont be many more of those because most of the time I ended up hidden behind my children...some photographers need a little more lessons on families with 5 staging! I hate seeing myself and even though both Ab, Boo had cameras...mine was the only one being used!

Don't you love the groweling picture with my phone and touring plan in hand for the picture...how appropriate!!!!
