A (no-longer new) training log (comments welcome)

RIP to last year's Brooks. the outsde seam at the sole came apart on both shoes last week as I was running. I too them on vacation after their quasi retirement and well, now they're really done.
 
this week's training has been wierd and we're not going to be home next week. I find myself longing for school to start because then I know when I have to wake up to run.

Strides this morning. 10x20s and I thought "will that be enough" and I sit at work and it was enough.
 
next week's plan then I start the Higdon marathon plan for CIM
