OK, here's one I haven't seen before. We got our special premium DVC AP vouchers. Since my previous one was still current, I only exchanged DDs for the actual pass. I noticed since coming home that the last name is completely wrong!
She's only 10, and was actually 9 when we did the exchange in February...it's officially a child's ticket (though they are the same price as adult anyway)
Do I bother trying to fix it? Would that just complicate things?

Really? No thoughts?
I'd call - but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have any confidence in the answer....

1- Do I bother trying to fix it?

2- Would that just complicate things?

1- It will be a simple matter to take the ticket to any Guest Relations or any ticket booth the next time you get to the parks (and want to take a few minutes break) and have the name fixed.

2- I doubt it. But, unless something really strange happens, it wouldn't matter too much (since the child has no legal ID anyway.)

OK, thanks Robo.
I just have this vision of explaining why I'm trying to change the name on an AP.
But I guess it would be easy for them to see that I am the person who originally purchased it (unless it got credited in the system to whoever this other Rebecca is!) and that nit was purchased along with the ones I have for myself and DH....

All of the ticket purchase info from those transactions will be in a file together,
with what you bought and how much you paid (and on what CC, if you used one.)

Just bring it to my window and not only will I be able to correct the error, but I will also be able to put it on a RFID Card.

Wow, thank you so much. We'll be there the first week of May, I'll PM you before we go! Are you only at TL, or the other parks too? It's just me and DH in May, I'll definitely be going to TL in July with DD...so if you're always there, maybe we'll do it then?

Cheshire Figment is an all around good guy and all, ;)
but he is just describing what ANY ticket booth or Guest Relations will be able to do when you bring in your ticket.

:rotfl:

(But, I WOULD stop by and say, "Hi," to him, regardless.)

And we know he'd do it correctly, on the first try... :)

(And we'll be stopping by in August to say hi if you are around :) )

I'm normally in TL, in a ticket or Guest Services window, on Wednesdays and Thursdays only.

RFID stands for Radio Frequency IDentification. It's a way of reading an ID code from a object or device from a distance, without direct contact, like a lot of ID badges that you wave in front of a sensor to open a door, etc.
