A message from the Flower Fairy

That gem of a person.

Some people enquired about sending money to the FF to held defray the cost of the wreath sent in Robin's memory. As I suspected the FF declined but they said thank you most sincerely for the kind gesture, but.......

"....honestly....the monetary costs of what the FF has done.....pale's in comparison with the emotional costs of this tragic event to the family, the child, and her friends....It is a small offering that the FF has to present in comparison....so while the offer is much appreicated....and shows the beauty of some of our fellow DIS'ers.....

The FF would be 'satisfied' if that poster (or others) simply committed themselves to actively seek out and perform acts of kindness to people who are in need...emotionally or otherwise...that would be the greatest "payment" the FF could hope for....btw....this is a photo of the wreath that will be sent in the name of all us here...in our community of DIS members....

This floral display will be enhanced with extra flowers from what is shown.....and a card will express our sympathy and love for the family...from all of Robin's friends on the DIS boards....."

Thank you again FF, you are inspiring and definitely one of a kind!!!!

That was so very nice. I did not know Robin, but from everything that I am reading on the boards, she seemed to have touched many people. My thoughts are with Caitlyn and her family.
