A message from Obama

(thought I think Michele Obama is very, very classy and I might have voted for her!)

Honestly, I'll vote for Obama or Clinton, whoever gets the nod, but I must agree, I think Michele is a very classy lady and would love to see her as first lady!

I just think our country is in trouble and we need experience and were other countries will like us again and Hillary w/ Bill brings that.

QUOTE]

Bush had experience and where did that get us? And remember, Bill isn't running. Hillary is. I USED to really like Bill, but he has recently shown a different side that has actually hurt Hillary. I don't think Hillary w/Bill will help as much as some people think. P.S. I think it's obvious by my avatar that I am not gay, but my sister and best friend is, so I care about Gay and Lesbian issues.

Actually, Bill just helped Clinton enormously in Texas and factually Bill hasn't shown a different side, the anti-Clinton media machine has worked feverishly to paint one (and this from a person who couldn't stand Bill Clinton the last two years of his presidency - but, hey, truth is truth).

Yeah -- me too. I'll be OK with Hillary if she gets the nomination; but I'd prefer to vote for Obama. BUT...Woo-hoo! What did the Ms. H. Pragmatic Clinton say in a post-primary interview this morning???? (paraphrasing here) It may come to both of them being on the ticket although it still remains to be seen, who'll be on top (Jeez! :scared1: That sure looks different than the way it sounded when she said it) Salacious musings aside, that's what I've been wanting to hear!

Oh, me too! That's my dream ticket.

I think back to each election, every time, and remember all that the candidates said to get elected. I think about how badly they need the votes and will try to corner any market with the right words to get themselves the nomination.

What matters is what they have done and how they have proven they can accomplish what they say they will. I can't say right now that words are what will sway me. Action and experience will, though.
