sooo excited to be joining you guys (some i will see again from 2012 and last year) this will me my 4th disney cruise and my boyfriends 5 (yay we will be gold) def going to book another on board =) I will also be traveling with my mom (who hasnt been to disney since 1993) and my newest addition Nathaniel he will be 14 month when we cruise in april i had him this past feb and went on a cruise in april without him so im really excited to bring my little disney lover in traning with me this time

also is there a fe list yet ?? i def interested its my fave part about the cruise (well one of my faves ;-)

im also on the FB page as well i post more on there the dis boards makes me crosseyed after a while

Hi. I will be on this cruise with my dh Pat and our ds's 13,11 and 6 and our little princess who will be 4 then. I had originally booked a RCCL trip but I was at WDW for a travel agent program and we toured the dream and I fell in love with DCL lol. I came home and found out about the reimagined magic and decided even if it cost more and was a shorter cruise ( by 1day) it was gonna be so worth it to change so I cancelled my rccl and rebooked with Disney yay made my kids so happy! We are looking forward to it and having fun already making magnets and looking for fish extender ideas we are from buffalo NY looking forward to warm weather that week!

same here, we were originally going to do a 5 day on the wonder for practically the same price but after seeing what they have in store for the Magic, my kids would be SO bummed if we didn't go on it. Even though we lose a night worried: having a hard time getting over that part).

Hi everyone!!!!! Looks like we will be joining you all on the Magic! this will be our second Disney cruise although despite the pictures my younger ds swears he has never been on a cruise...lol. We will be following the cruise with a week in Disney. we usually do ten night but due to Easter falling on our trip this year the points were too high and we are also Florida resident seasonal pass holders and that is a blockout week
We are DVC owners at Boardwalk Villas. My dh is Gary and we have two boys. Daniel will be turning 14 on the cruise and Benjamin will be just shy of 11 on the cruise. I just reasd through and will be joing the facebook page also.

Hi Karen...nice to meet you Do you know how strict they are in the lids clubs? My oldest will be trning 14 on the cruise (the 24th) and my youngest will be 11 in July...I was hoping to keep them both in the same group...don't know that I want my brand new 14 year old in with the older teens

Tween club Edge is 11-14. They let my 10 yo in when we explained that all our travel companions kids and her bro were all in the Edge. We had to go to the Edge to talk to a counselor and sign a waiver. She was 4 mos from turning 11. Hope that helps!

TJDIsneymama- thanks for the tips.. I incorporated some of your suggestions. I think we should set up a separate FE thread or I will use a separate post within this thread.

So, now that we have a few of us... and we are only about 10 months away from cruise time I think we need some 'get to know you' ice breaker posts. So if you're up for it share some basics, whatever you feel comfortable sharing, like what you do, some hobbies, etc. I'll start with some stuff about me and my family.

I'm a CPA, specializing in international tax. My dh is a fantastic nurse.

I'm a HUGE San Antonio Spurs fan. I was born and raised in San Antonio. So I'm enjoying the NBA finals right now. My hubby could care less about sports... but he is addicted to politics and anything on the history channel.

I will mention it to Natasha who is doing it on the Facebook page (not sure what her name is on here) We are doing multiple lists with each list being limited to 15 families on each list and will be closed out a month prior to the cruise. Makes it more manageable and I am sure more people will be involved with only 15 on each list and people can join more than one list.

WOW!.....it will be 10 months and 2 weeks for kathy and me .....we just switched cruises till May 5th........ same cruise just 2 weeks later and not the day after EASTER SUNDAY. Did anyone booking know or realize that Easter Sunday falls on April 20th in 2014? Color me "blond".....You GuYs all have a great-great cruise. ..... and save the Hoosier Daddy some ribs at Cookies when you are at C C. BYE.

Hi Everyone,

We just booked this cruise and we are so excited because it is Spring Break Week for our four daughters and we are going to keep it a total surprise until the day before we leave. I can't wait to see the shocked looks on their faces when we tell them that they won't be bored during this Spring Break because they are going on a Disney Cruise I will probably need earplugs to mask all the high-pitched girl screams of joy. This will be our daughters' 3rd Disney Cruise and DH and my 10th Disney Cruise (Yeah - we will finally achieve Platinum Status). We are all on a 7-Day Cruise on the Fantasy in November of this year and although our daughters are very exicted about that upcoming cruise they have mentioned that they would like to cruise on one of the classic ships sometime so they will be so thrilled to find out the "Surprise" cruise is on the Magic. We are participating in the FE Exchange for the first time on our cruise in November so if our daughters enjoy it, we will officially sign up afterwards for the FE Exchange on this cruise.

Looking forward to getting to know people before the cruise. It is going to be so hard to keep this secret for 8 months
