A long shot question

I know this is a long shot, but is there any web site I can go on to find a list of passengers on international airline flights? The reason I'm asking is that I'm trying to see if my husband made it onto any flights out of Argentina. He needed to get to Chile and the airline he was flying on staged a surprise strike.

Absolutely not and if you call the airlines they will not tell you either.

I figured it's a long shot. No I can't ask my husband. I can't get through on his cell phone (happens sometimes). He called me this morning around 8:30 and I haven't heard from him since. Last I knew he was heading to the airport to try and find a flight out. I generally hear from him a few times a day.
