We went to the appliance store this morning after our washing machine started leaking like crazy, tons of water. I told the salesperson what happend and he said "let me guess you have a general electric". He said he knew because almost always other washers will start to leak slowly and you will see water, unless a hose blows. The GE's don't they just let go!
so now my philosophy is that the washer & dryer does not run unless i am here...I always turn the dryer off if it is not done when i am ready to leave...
It doesn't seem cold enough and makes the strangest sounds.
the repair man and the guy at Lowe's (Home Improvement Store) said DO NOT GET GE. They used to be very good, but now they stink. Love my Whirlpool!!
