MY little angels play their Disney CD over and over with all the songs from the films. Today i was moving some wardrobes now my back has started being like a normal persons again but there is two songs that stick in my head.

A spoonful of... grrrrr lets not hear more about that after 100 continuous plays.

but the other is prompting me into a good old sing song because it feels so great,
