A little PD for DH

My poor DH. He had surgery yesterday to help relieve his sleep apnea. He had his tonsils and adnoids removed, his uvula trimmed, and two bones removed from his nose. He is so uncomfortable, and I'm exhausted. He's so hungry, he's resorted to eating baby food because he's sick of jello. But, he has to eat in order to take his pain medication. He got sick twice during the night. Once he woke me and scared me so bad that I got up out of bed too fast and ended up fainting a short time later...he ended up having to take care of me for about a half an hour. Between taking care of him yesterday (along with all four of my daycare kids and my two) and taking care of DS who is getting over pnenumonia, I'm going to need a vacation very soon.
So, anyways, if you could send some PD to DH, I think he needs some. Thanks.

Sending lots of prayer and PD your way, BTW, I know what you are going through. My DW had hip replacement surgery two weeks ago, I've been playing Mr. Mom for the past two weeks, looking forward to getting back to work, so I can get some rest!!! LOL!!!

Hoping your hubby is on the mend and has a better day today, Kathy. So often, those first day or two are so tough after an operaton, but then get better quickly. And my best to you as his helper here, along with your son. Sure hope all goes better!!!

DH had this done as well. It was the only time that I have ever seen him cry because of pain. {{{HUGS}}} for you. Every day gets a little better.
