A little help with logistics please!

Hey Fort Experts, I need a little guidance!

We are planning a trip in December - 3 adults, 3 kids, staying in a cabin. We have a late flight, landing around 10:30pm. We are using DME, so I anticipate arriving at the fort around 12am. Because of the late arrival, we will not be using the luggage delivery service - we will have all luggage with us when we arrive. We are renting a golf cart, but will not be picking it up until the next day.

So, what is the best way to get six of us, plus our luggage to our cabin in the wee hours of the morning?

Let them know when you check in and they should have transport to take you to your cabin. I'm not sure how late it runs though. It might be worthwhile calling to let them know you will be arriving after midnight.

After you are checked in they will load everyone and your bags into a van and drive you to your cabin. Same thing in reverse on check out day, they will give you a time to depart based on your flight.

Both of the above are correct. You get the van transport to your cabin.
