I have a credit with Southwest from a previous trip when our fare went down. Well I went to book our trip in April and couldn't retrieve our funds. I called Customer Service and they after talking with them for an hour, they were able to see that there was a price drop, but for same reason the credit didn't transfer to funds that could be used right away. The only option is to wait for Customer Relations to issue me a voucher fo the amount. They said it could take 2 weeks
Somehow I don't think my $59 fares will be there in 2 weeks. Curse you, Jetblue for making your fare $94 for the same day!
