I have a credit with Southwest from a previous trip when our fare went down. Well I went to book our trip in April and couldn't retrieve our funds. I called Customer Service and they after talking with them for an hour, they were able to see that there was a price drop, but for same reason the credit didn't transfer to funds that could be used right away. The only option is to wait for Customer Relations to issue me a voucher fo the amount. They said it could take 2 weeks :scared1: Somehow I don't think my $59 fares will be there in 2 weeks. Curse you, Jetblue for making your fare $94 for the same day!

Go ahead and purchase the tickets now, before they go up. Then, when you get the credit issued to you, see if you can use the credit to pay for EBCI.

I didn't think you could use credit (travel funds) to pay for EBCI.

I think you can only pay for EBCI via credit card
