I have to tell you a similar funny story....
My husband works with a guy who he got to auction off a retiring "co-workers" lab jacket. The listing was very funny. He never thought he would get bids which was why he listed it....

Until my husband comes home and makes up a "new" account on ebay (only for fun, we have since forgotten what name it was!!) But since it was a "new" member I told my husband to write in the "ME" section and he wrote up a pretty funny story. So this newbie and my ebay name were bidding against each other. The guy nearly died, he pulled the auction and my husband told him it was us.
