Ok, that is just rude! I can't help it if I have a total problem walking in the grass barefoot!

But, no those wouldn't provide nearly enough distance between the grass and the bottoms of my feet!

I am in tears from laughing!! That is about the stupidest thing I have ever seen!! Is this for real?

Maybe they made them to that when you wear sandals, you don't get blisters from the thongs rubbing on your foot? I know that happens to me occassionally. I wear flipflops a LOT and sometimes, if I walk too quickly, the thongs will rub my foot raw. Ouch.
