A link to a Disney/Universal trip report

Can anyone give me a link to some one that has written a trip report about a combinded trip to both Disney and Universal while staying on Disney property. We are planning this for next year and can learn a lot from some one who has already done this.

Many people have done that in their TRs. Here is a link to mine from July/Aug 2014. This time my sister rented a car, last time and next time, I'll be taking a taxi. Probably taking the taxi from our resort (Pop Century) to Universal and coming home it depends on how we feel. We may take the taxi to DTD and browse around before taking a bus back to our resort, or just take the taxi straight to our resort. Saves $ to take the taxi to DTD but saves time to take the taxi all the way to the resort.

Thank you! We have 7 people total in our group so I am thinking about using Mears. I am actually now considering a split stay so we can take advantage of the perks staying On site at both places.

I've heard Mears was decent for it, but we like the ability to come and go as we like. A taxi will do that for us without saying we have to leave or can't leave. I'm not sure if Mears can do that. I'd love to stay on property once for the perks, but I normally stay value, so it's just a lot more than I am used to!
