A late Start on our 2008 Pop Trip!!! Photo Report!

This is our Photopass pic. Gracie refused to get out of the stroller.

First we headed to Living with the land and ate...Gracie was having a rough morning from her late night(although we probably slept until 11am). We got a table to eat and she was crying. i thinks he was just hungry but I took a few pics anyway.

After we ate she was much better. We rode the ride in the ball, then Figment. Here is a pic from the Imagination area after figment.

Then we went to Club Cool adn this is a pic of Corey trying the Beverly...

We went through some of the countries and stopped for a cream puff and a fruit tart in France. I was feeding jack and he grabbed it and shoved it right in his face it was so funny. So Gracie wanted to do it too.

After this we stopped in Germany and got Corey a brat. Then we went to Mexico and got 2 combo meals for me and the kids. It was yummy. We ate and waited for the fireworks.

I love your pictures. Your dd looked like she loved BBB. I'm going to miss going this year. My dd decided that she is "too old" for BBB. She is 9 yrs old. I think once we get there, she will regret not having an appointment. Oh well. Have fun on your next trip! It is getting close.

Tuesday we got a late start to Ak and first hit "it's tough to be a bug then Kali river rapids. Corey and Grace rode Kali in the afternoon and I didn't because I always get SOAKEd on thsoe rides and did not want to spend my afternoon soaking wet. After that we went to the Dinosaur carnival area and DH rode Primevil Whirl while we had an ice cream, then we rode triceratop spin. We went back to ride the safari and stopped at the harambe fruit market to get a frozen lemonade. It turns out the line was so short for the safari we had to throw most of them away. After the safair Corey went to ride everest. We went and got a fastpass earlier in the day. THen we all rode Kali Gracie adn I(I got DRENCHED) and then Corey and gracie rode it like 3 times in a row without getting off.

We went back to the resort and were going to go to DTD but decide to jsut chill at the resort and have dinner.

I am not sure we will do it again this trip. She says sh eowuld rather just get a new costume and not get her hair pulled.

Wedensday we got up and headed to DTD for lunch at Earl of Sandwich and some shopping. After our shopping trip we went back to the room and caught a nap before we headed to the PPP.

And we FINALLY got to Meet Ariel. We were second to last in line!

I was slightly MIFFED at the end of this night because NO ONE told me that photopass picture taken that night were discounted when you purchase them. You have to get a special event photopass card. i even had photopass pics done with Ariel and they did not say anything about my normal photopass card. When we were leaving and got our lit up castle pics the lady gave me a PPP card and told me.

DH and I had a little blow out this night too. He was so anti meeting characters and wanted to just ride ride ride. I saw Peter and Wendy and they had like 2 people in line so i wanted to stop and so did gracie but DH wanted to go ride Barnstormer again. He said to me " WHY are you pushing all these character meetings on her?" I about lost it right there. But I didn't I kept calm and refrained from belting him. We got out of line for Peter and Wendy to go ride his ride...to find out it was closed. So then I let him have it. He just made me so mad. I mean i know it is an amusement park, but it is SO MUCH MORE. She is only 4 once and will not be into this stuff for very long. Then he will have them to be his ride buddies. So I told him, I was not FORCING her to do anything and he was the one draggin her all over like a bag of ride along potatoes. Not letting her play and dottle. For Pete's sake she is 4!! I told him he turned WDW into Cedar Pointe with his attitude and we could have saved a lot of money if he just wanted to ride rides and gone there! We never waited for a character unless it was less the 20 minutes. I started crying because he was ruining the part of the trip that was magical for ME! Seeing Gracie really light up meeting these characters she watches on TV. Believeing in fairy tales. I think he felt like a enormous ****head after that,. So we waited to see Peter Pan and he went to Check out Ariel. He never came back to let me know what the line was like so we went to find him. Only to find him the second to the last person in line holding a spot for her. The line to see her was about 30min(only 15 or us by the time we go there). It was his way of appologizing. Ariel is her absolute favorite and if we did not see her then she would have gone and not gotten to see her. She was so happy with her Daddy for holding her a place in line and it was another one of those meetings where she coudl not stop starring at her. I cried...I admit it..... So DH redeemed himself. I honestly think he was just having some sad issues about it almost being time to go home.
