Why this issue would involve 400+ posts is beyond me. I hope all is settled now.

Well to be fair, it took 398 posts to resolve this issue, but then I wanted to snipe the 400 so I bumped it up again.

My vote is to stick with CODGER, it flows off the tongue. However I take issue with Team Toddler (which I am on) because this is a child not a toddler. Since his offense if poking, I think we should be on Team Lil' POKER however since he dared speak to someone who didn't want to be spoken to we may have to add that

Maybe the OP should take a look at the blue box in your siggy line. If someone gets so hurt by what a bunch of strangers say on an internet board then they should find another avenue to vent their frustrations.

I imagine the OP probably is very offended by the thread. I mean she was offended that someone had the nerve to not smile at her kid so yeah, she probably is. But hopefully she sees how silly it was because in the grand scheme of life, a lot worse is going to happen to her and her kids than some old lady not smiling at her son or telling him something isn't his business. While no one likes anything bad to happen to their child, this was blown out of proportion by the OP. And there's nothing wrong with diffusing a situation (or a thread getting too heated) with humor.
