A kid-free trip to Disney!

My parents are coming to our house for the weekend to babysit, and DH and I thought we would try a kid-free Disney weekend! I am most excited because I will finally see the scrapbooking store in Downtown Disney (yes, I know it's nothing to write home about, but the curiousity was killing me!). Never could get by there with the kids! Does anyone have any suggestions for "adult" things to do there?

I have done 3 adult trip in the pas few years. I am also planning an adult trip for this next Christmas.
