Our state opened up vaccines for all ages with certain medical conditions. I qualified due to my high blood pressure and Dennis due to his man issues.

I’m a man. I have issues. Where’s my vaccine?!?!?

Yes it is. I'm very easy going but when I hit my limit you DO NOT want to be around.

Yes she was. I think she spends more time on her outfit planning than anything else.

Totally normal to hop onto a TR 42 pages in, right? Now that things are starting to look better, I've been thinking about possible trips for 2022 and hoping that, by then, Christmas in Disney will look a whole lot more like your trip in 2019. Thanks for sharing all of your holiday fun!

Absolutely! So happy to have you here. I know a lot of people have been off the boards during Covid but as things get more positive it great to have more people back.

Now that things are starting to look better, I've been thinking about possible trips for 2022 and hoping that, by then, Christmas in Disney will look a whole lot more like your trip in 2019.

I hope it closer to normal by then too. I want another Christmas trip.

DHS Morning.

First of all... it's going to take us forever to do this TR. WE DID SO MUCH STUFF. and this was even BEFORE the pandemic.
Okay, Hollywood Studios. I feel like I have to put another disclaimer that we were VERY TIRED this day. As I’m looking through the pics, I’m like dang, I forgot how many tantrums my toddler had this day. Then I read through all we did the day before… and I’m like, “Oh. Yeah. Makes sense.”

Small recap. We basically split at rope drop. Dad and Danielle went to ride Rockin Roller Coaster and Mom and I took JP to Toy Story Land. This was our first time seeing it (JP and I), so we were REALLY excited to become toys. The first thing we did was take out pictures. These were pictures we obviously NEEDED due to outfits. And yes, the outfit picking is probably my favorite and most time-consuming part of each trip, and IT IS WORTH IT.

Right behind the area where you take that picture, a line was starting to form. Very small, but hmmm… could this be like all that magic we found in AK the day before with Characters?!?!
We didn’t wait very long but it wasssss VERY cold. Mom posted the pics of JP wrapped up, walking in line like a Christmas burrito. Before we met Buzz, he always likes to get his book and pen ready. But since he had his Buzz jacket, he told me what all of Buzz’s buttons do, too.
side note: here he's pushing Buzz's buttons but most of the day he spent pushing mommy's. Just saying.

Then it was our turn!

So, Buzz has a hard time grabbing things. The book dropped. Not a big deal, but it was hard for JP to understand why Buzz would take the book to his little stand and stamp it instead of using his awesome pen (that he is still obsessed with to this day). You can see that in the pic above, where JP is showing me all the buttons. But it was fine and dandy. He was so happy, even if shy.

And we did get a high-5 out of it!

By this time, Dad and Danielle were done riding and coming to meet up with us in TSL. We had fastpasses this morning for slinky dog but it was shut down. So our fast passes turned into anytime passes that day! More on that, later.

John Paul had been DYING to ride the alien saucers. So we did that next… even though Mom swears we did breakfast first. I have video proof of a hungry toddler waiting to ride the alien saucers that would prove otherwise.

Mom sat out of the alien saucers. Anyone that’s read her reports before should know she can’t do round and round.

Line was a little more lengthy than we really anticipated.

And remember, we had not eaten yet… Then there’s this...

BUT we finally got on and it is now his FAVORITE RIDE.

Is anything better than your baby being that happy?! Especially given the mood less than 5 minutes earlier.

Once that was done WE NEEDED FOOD. We had agreed earlier to eat at Woody’s Lunch Box in TSL. They had lots of odds and ends and COFFEE. I’m not a big breakfast eater, so I got JP a kids meal, knowing good and well he wouldn’t eat much. But he did eat the sprinkles off of my holiday pastry. I’m pretty sure he ended up eating the orange and tots. I’ll take what I can get, and I had loads of snacks for each day for sustenance.

HOW CUTE IS THAT?!

This is basically a homemade, Christmas Pop Tart. HECK YES!

I wonder, though... I mean it's such a slow ride. I'm not a spinning ride fan, but had zero issues with it.

Somehow I am reminded of the scene of the door/raft in Titanic.

I promise I made a reply post to everyone over the Easter weekend and an Easter post but they aren't here. The only thing I can think of is it didn't stick since I did them on my phone.

SURE! Plan you trip in the Spring so you can enjoy some delicious crawfish.

Lots of goodies added to the mix. There are some onions for flavor, mushrooms & cocktail sausages. I didn't have any of the sausages since it was Good Friday but I've had them in the past and they are sooooo goood.

We really had the Best Day! This was our big get together with family since we missed out on Thanksgiving & Christmas. Most had either had the Rona and was vaccinated. If you like spicy you would love the Crawfish.

The DIS was hacked, I believe it was Sunday night. A hacker got a hold of an admin's password and deleted all the threads and demanded $1,500 in crypto/bitcoin. The DIS was shut down for about 24 hours while they restored everything. But the latest data backup looks like was from Saturday night, so about a day's worth of posts went missing.
