YOU TOTALLY ROCK!!!!!! I honestly can never thank her enough! I called this evening to confirm our adr's for our trip next week. Everything was there, except Sci-Fi and a Wave for breakfast had been added in an hour after we have O'hana ressies. Sci-fi was one of our original picks & my ds is really looking forward to it. We talked about it not being there & she said there was nothing available. I told her I never would have cx'ed it & asked if she could tell what happened or when I "cx'ed" the ressie. She put me on hold to talk to another dept. She came back about 10 min. later with a new ressie! She is my hero for today & if I could give her more than a thank you here on the dis I would! I would like to write a letter or email to the disney powers that be about how wonderful she is. Does anyone have that info? TIA
