To get to Honolulu from PA, you need to kayak the Pacific. Hmmm.

Equally, if you try to go from NYC to the WOLRD TRADE CENTER it will take you by kayak across the Pacific Ocean to Hawaii, en route to Japan. I had the hardest time getting to Ground Zero in NY.
