Last time DW and I dined at Le Cellier a number of CMs were leaving. Our waitress explained that the CMs in each country were there on temporary work visa's. She said that once her visa expired she could reapply, but WDW has such a popular work program that very few applicants get accepted at all, muchless twice.

While we were dining all the CMs gathered around the restaurant and said their goodbyes followed by singing the Canadian National Anthem. Being the CMs live together they all get very close. So it was a nice little ceremony to see.

Has anyone else ever experienced this?

No, but that would be so sad! :sad1: It's always hard to move on from amazing things and to say goodbye to your friends and to have such a ceremony would be very special and yet so sad at the same time.

Le Cellier has some great CMs!! My DH is a huge hockey fan and he was having fun naming the minor league hockey team from each of the provinces of the CMs. They got such a kick out of it, and they all signed this poster for him with their province and hockey team and then they brought us a free dessert as a thank you for keeping them entertained :rotfl:
