A good REBATE site for online shopping?

I have been using Ebates, but since their sale last year, I have noticed some stuff that I am not entirely happy with....may be just me...but I am considering switching.

I know FatWallet runs a rebate service. Any thoughts on FW or any other service that people are generally happy with?

I have had a couple of shopping trips that "did not register" and doing a quick Google, have seen some people saying the same thing in the past couple of months. There was even a thread on this board a few weeks ago...Hey, stuff happens. I make mistakes at work. No one is perfect, but want to explore my options...

In the past when I have had a question about crediting, they credited me immediately. Now they "look into it." They do it quickly and it turns out O.K., but I liked the "trust" element and the goodwill they put out in the past with their "O.K., we believe you policy." They probably lost a few rubles doing it the old way, but it was a great goodwill builder.

Again, I have lost no $$ this way, and the customer service people have been great, I just liked the old way better.

So,they are doing what they say they do, and I get the cash. Just wanted to see if there are other options that might work well

I like Mr. Rebates, Topcashback and BeFrugal. A good site to check is cashbackmonitor to see who has the best rates.

I'm a big fan of Mr. Rebates. I use Ebates and Mr. Rebates almost exclusively, going with the one with the higher cash back at the time of my purchase. Mr. Rebates often wins out, my total cash back there is much higher than my total at Ebates. And things credit quickly and pretty reliably.

One thing to note, and I have no idea if this is something that might be affecting you, but ad blocking apps or software will prevent your cash back from crediting properly. The same thing that blocks ads also blocks the cash back tracking things (whatever you call them). I had quite a few purchases not credit in a row through Mr. Rebates, and they always had in the past, and so after my many inquiries they asked if I had added an ad blocker. Lo and behold, i had, and once I removed it my cash back got right back on track.

I've also heard good things about mr rebates but I've been too lazy to switch.

I can confirm that ebates somehow manages to lose a lot of my large purchase.

I still like Ebates. I tend to blame the company, not Ebates, when things go awry. Magazines.com has done this to me more than once. Just recently, I ordered People..and it's a good chunk back from them. I never got a confirmation email from THEM and of course it didn't show up in my Ebates. Can't file a claim without that email, so I called magazines.com and they sent me 'another'. (I had never gotten one, was on the lookout and searched spam, etc). I then filed a claim and the money was in my account that day.

You could shop through swagbucks. Be aware it takes a while for them to credit it to your account but it lists when it will come.

I also like upromise. If you have kids that you are saving for college for it is a great way to add to that savings. I noticed that their cash back is often higher than ebates too.
