Greetings!
Had a very humorous - and ironic - MS experience I thought you'd all get a kick out of.
I'm in the middle of booking a day.by.day ressie for a December 2BR at SSR, so I called right on time at 9 AM today. 3, 3, ring, ring, ring - then I heard a recording telling me that I had been randomly selected for a survey on the quality of interaction with MS this morning. After I was done with MS, I would be transferred to the survey, which should only take 2-3 minutes.
That was fine with me; I have no problem giving feedback to improve MS.
Anyway, ring, ring, ring - then I heard something on the other end. It sounded like a room full of people, and I heard several "Good morning" greetings, but only faintly, in the background; my guess is that someone hit the wrong button, and I was on speaker. This lasted only five or six seconds, then I got hung up on. But (here's the good part) I still got sent to the MS Phone Call Quality survey!
Although I hadn't added my day yet, I was in a very bemused state, so I took the two minutes to answer their questions - very honestly
.
I then redialed, got through and got my added day. But the whole concept of hearing "Your phone call is important to us. Please stay on the line for a survey", then getting cut-off, was highly amusing (but I hope it doesn't happen very often....)
