We will be at WDW in Oct, with 7 day hoppers.
#1. Can leftover WDW tickets be used at DL?
#2. Can we add 2days and non expire to our tickets, and save to use, or if we have days unused can we add nonexpire and use at DL?
#3. If you can use them at DL, would a different person be able to use them, since DL doesn't use the finger scan syst.
#4. Please don't flame :furious: just don't want to waste unused days, and get all the Disney time I can.
Thanks

Thanks for the quick replies, could have swore I heard on here that you could use WDW tickets at DL, but not the other way around. Thank-you.

I'm pretty sure someone on another board I belong to (that lives in CA and frequents both DL and WDW a lot) said the same thing.

1- Yes.
2- Yes.
3- Not legally.
4- Then, should not attempt to "transfer" tickets.

Thanks ROBO, I know that you know your stuff.:thumbsup2 The "transfer" ? is only because I think my DH may not use all his WDW days, and I can't get him to go to DL, and he may never go to WDW again, I realise it would be improper.

The obvious answer (to me) here is to not add the extra days and non-expire option to your DH's ticket.

I agree, and we will sure consider doing it with those of us that would want to go to DL in the next year or two. This would still be a great savings, as we usually only get 2 day hoppers for DL.

If you want to use a WDW ticket at DL they will give you a one day for one day exchange, but you can only do one entry per day and the ticket they give you will be good that day only. And if it is a hopper ticket, they will give you a DL/DCA hopper.

If your ticket is multi-day, the ticket has to be no expire or be within 14 days of first use.

So, to make it clear for me (it's been a long day), if I have 2 days left on a WDW ticket, and pay for "no expire" (not sure the price), can I exchange for 2 - 1 day tickets at DL? I would think this would be well worth it. (We will have hoppers)

Adding no expire to 7 day tickets is $117.15 (including tax). Although you may only have 2 days left, you have to add the NE option to the total number of days on the ticket, not just the ones you have left.

So you need to compare the price of all that to the price of just buying tickets at DL.

Yeah...that makes it a bit more $ than I thought. I wasn't sure how they charged for the non expire. I was hoping it was on the remaining days. That would be too good a deal!;) It still is not bad, but I'll have to think about that. Thanks!
