A few thoughts about my recent Wonder cruise

We just got off Wonder on Sunday for a quick 2 night cruise. We had the best time!!!
The kids ditched us for the Oceaneer's club, so my husband and I actually had some adult only time!! The kids club and nursery staff were awesome. When my 3 year old accidentally got punched in the stomach by another kid they called me right away to tell me. Even though she was fine I appreciated the phone call instead of me picking her up later and then finding out. Flounder's Reef staff were wonderful with my 1 year old. He had a great time.
I didn't get seasick on Dream, but both times on Wonder I have had to buy some Dramamine while on board. Must be because it's a smaller ship.

We tried Palo brunch for the first time and enjoyed it. It wasn't the best meal I ever had in my entire life, but much better than the MDR's. We would probably go again.
Speaking of MDR's, I didn't think the food was that great at all. I should have skipped dessert and left room for Mickey Ice Cream bars from room service. I can't think of anything I had that was anything worth mentioning.
The lunch buffet and pirate night buffet were again just ok. I didn't like the coffee but drank it anyway since I need coffee in the AM. The kids enjoyed the room service and the cookies weren't bad! Everyone liked the ice cream cones by the pool.

The little splash area for babies/toddlers was extremely slippery that after my son slipped 3 times and had a big bump on his forehead we had to get him out. I even tried putting some swim shoes on him but he kept slipping. A father nearby told us his wife also slipped pretty bad. I was a little disappointed since this was the only water area for my one year old and he was having so much fun. It seems like a big hazard!!

The ship didn't feel too crowded and I could tell the ship was older but it is still beautiful. Never had a problem finding a pool chair/table.

Even though I didn't care for the food too much, and I'm not a picky eater, we still had an amazing time.

My kids loved, loved, loved the FE gifts.

Can't wait to go again!
