Don't worry about your airstream being old. I've seen just about everything from every decade at the Fort. Some people even camp in their cabin cruisers. You will see it all! My philosophy is, you are at the fort and someone else isn't. End of story.
One of my favorite smells at the Fort is the smell of bacon in the air in the early morning. Fry away! You're simply enhancing the atmosphere.
If you end up on site 617 and use the grill, guard your burgers and dogs. The grill is right next to the path that leads to the movies. I call it the "snag-a-burger" site. Disney put up a cross-hatch fence next to the site recently, but that won't slow down an expert snagger!!
We will be there the week of the Oct 9 - 16 too. (76 Airstream, 96 Buick woody wagon, 3 overly excite boys, 4 bicycles, 2 Mickey lamps, green ears, zoned out dad!). We will add the smell of bacon, toast, eggs, hash (and general smells 3 excited kids can create). Is it wrong to have a beer in the morning?
Thank all of you very much! We do want to be good neighbors.
The Grateful Dead stickers are purely sentimental. Our camper is over 40 years old and she's collected an interesting decorative scheme along the years.
If our BBQ guests are at the Boardwalk they can take the bus to the Magic Kingdom and then the boat right? Is there a better way? We'll be having margaritas and sangria and no one needs to drive
Ok, I need to add a blender to the travel list.....Now, to figure out how to tell the little ones they can't have any?!! or does anyone have a good recipe for them?
