A few questions regarding Beautespeciale

Okay i'm trying to stay calm but I'm getting married on Sunday (leaving for Disney in about 24 hours) and I have written to Ana at Beautespciale and Veronica for three days in a row asking for them to confirm and they are not responding. Then I wrote to ask if I should shampoo my hair and condition it that morning or if they wanted to do it... no response. I checked and I have the right emails. I don't get it? Has anyone else had any issues with them?

When did you wash your hair? That morning, the night before? Did you condition it? I have very thin baby fine hair but it can be frizzy and i'm having an updo and i'm afraid it might fall down if it's too soft from conditioner... okay i'm stressin'

Hey don't stress! I had a trial with Ana and she was fantastic! when you are emailing Ana I think you are actually emailing Veronica - I think they just use that system to organise who is booked with who.

Have you phoned their office?

When I had my trial Ana told me for my wedding to wash my hair the day before because like you I have very fine hair (I'm having mine curled) and it would help keep the curls.

I am sure everything is fine!

You need to shampoo and blow dry your hair the night before or that morning. Ana comes to your room and she doesn't have any way of shampooing and drying your hair. We never had any problem getting in touch with her, just be sure you have her phone number handy. She and everyone was great!!!!!

It sucks that they're not replying to your emails, try giving them a call.

I just heard from Ana. She said that she didn't get any of my emails, nor did Veronica... even though I hit reply to her previous emails, so she may be having some email issues in case anyone else is having any problems contacting her.

Ana did confirm that I should wash my hair the night before because a curl or updo works much better with hair that is somewhat "dirty" (very interesting). I said that the night before my hair tends to get somewhat oily, but she said that would be fine. Ana said if I wanted to wash my hair in the morning, no conditioner. Either would be fine.

I am very, very relieved! Phew!! Thanks everyone for all the responses, they really did help!
