A few questions about the Fantasy 7 Night Western Caribbean ?

Hi. I will be sailing on the Fantasy in two weeks. August 8-15. I was wondering if anyone knew the following answers to my questions?

1. What margaritas do they make during the tequila / Margarita tastings? Is it more margaritas or straight tequila?
2. What martinis do they make during that tasting?
3. What wines do they offer during the stern to stern wine tasting?
4. What nights do they take the formal portraits on the staircase...Is it only formal and semi-formal night? Or other nights as well?
5. What nights do they go into the dining rooms to take pictures?

On the 7 night Eastern Fantasy, there were two different wine tastings. One was for New World wines and the other was for Old World wines. I did the Old World wine tasting. There were 3 whites and 3 reds. I took down a few of my favorites:

Condesa De Leganza Crianza
Banfi Chianti Classico Riserva
Louis Jadot Beaujolais-Villages

They take formal portraits on the staircase on both formal and semi-formal nights. They also had photographers out on Pirate Night. They may have been out other nights as well, but I didn't pay attention.

We had photographers in the dining rooms on at least the first 4 nights. I can't remember if they were there on the last 3 nights or not.

The tequila tasting will probably be single shot servings of three different tequilas, and then a couple of fruit flavored margaritas.
The martini tasting will most likely have one traditional gin martini, and then some vodka-based martinis. I've done the martini tasting several times and it is always included at least one chocolate martini, and one fruit flavored like Apple.

Are these events you need to sign up for ahead of time? This is the first I'm seeing of these and we sail out on Saturday!!! Don't want to miss these!

No, you sign up for them on embarkation day. There will be info on where to go to and what classes will be offered in the Personal Navigator you receive when you check in at the port. Sign ups are usually in one of the bars.
