i am pricing up a few dates for later this year after our recent trip to wdw as i have holiday blues, now all i can say is OMG - why is it soooo expensive!!!! We have always stayed on site and had no plans to ever not do that but the prices are making me look elsewhere does anyone know what are the shuttles like to the kyriad or is it worth the extra £80 for the cheyanne? We normally walk to the hotel as we hate the push for the buses.
I have tesco vouchers that are due to expire so i need to book the eurotunnel by tomorrow and i am wondering if i should just pick a 4 night date in sept and hope the prices for the hotels decrease and if they do then book the hotel and if they dont maybe we will have to consider the kyriad or just not go :confused3.

The £ to € hasn't helped with the prices this year. The shuttle to the Kyriad can get busy as it serves all 4 hotels its near.

If you have AP's then its worth staying off site if not then you have to factor that into the price.

The current offer runs until the 30th June so who knows when the next one will be & what it will be

Same here. I am desperate the book for October - we had such a fantastic time last year.

We have always stayed on site too, but it's looking very pricey just now.

I'm hoping we'll get a better offer when this one finishes.

Price is the reason I've booked offsite too and I never thought I'd consider a non-Disney hotel.
Re: Shuttle buses, you need to avoid the busy times, I'm not sure the reasoning behind it but all the offfsites are served by the same bus, on the plus side they seem to come very frequently.

thanks everyone, i phoned tesco last night and they can exchnage the clubcard vouchers back into normal tokens - means i will lose 1/4 of the value as i chnaged them up before they went down to 3 times the value but i guess its better than losing them or booking the eurotunnel and then not going if i couldnt get a decent price for the hotel. We have a complementory 2 night stay at the sequia and a free return trip on the eurostar that needs to be used before the end of dec so i guess maybe we will end up using that and only going for 2 nights in sept instead, although i was hoping to save that til decemeber and get 2 trips out of it, be heyho! Looking forward to seeing what if anyoffers that come out with the book although the CM i spoke to on the phone yesterday told me not to expect anything too exciting! :scared1:

Tell me about it! I'm trying to squeeze in a September trip before WDW in November as I'm missing my beloved DLP but with no 40% off discounts the prices are really high. I hate the idea of staying offsite, sort it out Disney!

i know Ben, its terrible isnt it:mad:. Fingers corssed they have such low attendance for sept after the schools are back the put out a great offer for us :thumbsup2, although at least you have your next trip to look forward to - i havent got any booked YET!
