I read on a thread where some are not able to see the Fall colors we get up north. Here are a few pictures of basically the same area in the yard (different views) taken over the past two weeks. Many of the leaves are now down, all set for winter.

Mahalo Dan,
How wonderful! I appreciate your sharing something I would not otherwise get to see. I can almost feel the cooler air and hear the crunch of leaves.
Aloha,
Donna

So very pretty. Thank you for sharing. :)

Nice pictures. Our leaves are not turning very well but they seem to be dropping anyway. I guess it is time to start raking leaves now.

As much as I hate the thought of the cold weather that I know will follow, the colors of fall are always so beautiful! :D You really have a beautiful view there, right from your OWN backyard!!:sunny: I love that red one!! Our neighbor has a tree across the street that turns reddish orange. When the afternoon sun hits it, I swear it looks like it's on fire! IF the sun ever comes out again before all the leaves fall, I should try and get a picture of it!!:bounce:

By the way, are your squirell feeders filled yet??:p ;)

Thank you, Dan. How beautiful! I do miss the beautiful fall colors. Not much of that here in Florida.

They're beautiful Dan! Fall is my favorite time of year because I love all the color. Thanks for sharing!!

Wow. The colors are so beautiful.
Thanks for sharing.
Not much color changing in Florida.

Thanks, Dan, for sharing! We don't get any of those colors here in Arizona unless we live up in the mountains! It is still warm enough here for DDs to wear shorts to school!

Remember back in the olden days when you could walk to school, by yourself? I do, and I have such happy memories of walking in the fall and on our corner there was one of those trees (maple?) that turns BRIGHT ORANGE with some red. It was the biggest tree ever. I lived in Michigan just a smidge north of you and it was so bright and vibrant! Now we get color, but not as bright it seems here in Missouri. Thanks for the memory Dan!
