A few miscellaneous questions....

Can you do one or both parks, go to hotel and swim or whatever then return to a park at night? Or once youre out youre out?

Wed like to eat lunch at Cowfish-- is it reasonable to do things at one park,eat then go to the other? or are the distances not worth the long walks?

Can you ride HE more than once a day? I saw somewhere it is limited. Which is weird.

you can come and go to the parks from the time it opens to closing time.

check the hours of the parks.
if it closes at 7, hang at the pool in the evening or dinner at citywalk.

some people stay in the parks all day and eat there.
some take time out and go to city walk to eat.
it's not a bad walk from the exit of the parks to city walk.
maybe a few minutes depending on where in city walk you go to.

no limitations on riding HE.

ride it as much as you want.
some get off in one park and go back to the entrance of HE and ride the train back again.
you can't stay on the train to make it a round trip ride.
have to exit and reenter again.

With Park to Park tickets you can come and go as much as you want from both parks returning to either park.

Right now, Cowfish is only open at dinner time but I've heard rumor they are hoping to start lunch service. Otherwise going to City Walk for lunch is not a problem. Traveling between the 2 parks via City Walk is maybe a 10 minute walk if you browse. Always leaving when going between the 2 parks means you'll miss the Hogwarts Express. Depending on operating hours, you might want to eat lunch in the parks and eat dinner at City Walk when the parks close.

When the ride first opened they were worried about capacity and there were contingencies for limiting the number of rides. They were afraid of 5-6 hour lines like Forbidden Journey and Gringotts had when they first opened. Those capacity problems never materialized so the once a day limit was never imposed. When I was there last week, during peak times it maxed out at about 45 minute wait.

thanks--- will have to check the Cowfish times, maybe will be open for lunch by then. Have dinners scheduled at California Grill, Victoria and Alberts, Columbia restaurant in Celebration...Actually I think our Monday night is open now that I think about it. Its probably our MK day, with a lunch ressie there, but nothing for dinner. Problem possibly solved!

Basically all that's open for lunch is fast food places (sandwiches, burgers and the like). The table service places don't open until 4:00. We discovered this only after making the trek over - it's not posted prominently!

Emeril's has a lunch menu. They used to have a pretty good lunch special. A bit pricey but was appetizer, entree and dessert of a select menu.

The US page for Cowfish seems to say open for lunch, but if you do a google search the hours they show on the right shows closed, so Ill have to really look into it.

In case anyone partly reads your response and misunderstands most real restaurants are open for lunch at Citywalk. Not just the fast food options are open.

Margaritaville, NBA, HRC and Bubba Gumps are all open for lunch. As is Emerils. These are all table service.

I was told Cowfish would be open for lunch soon.

Cowfish has been testing being open at lunch, but I wouldn't count on it as its not permanent yet.

I thought it was too when we were there, but wasn't 100% sure if I was remembering correctly.
