A Few Loose Ends

I have learned so much from the Boards - thank you eveyone. Still a month to go, and I have most of my facts straight, but a few lingering questions -

1) Do you need photo ID to return to the ship? I am not very comfortable going to a beach, leaving my wallet with credit cards and drivers license unattended.

2) Booked REAS. I know the $10 for Palo is included, but is it custumary to give an additional tip to the waiter?

3) With room service - can you order alcohol (mixed drinks, Bahama Mamas, etc.?

I'm sure I have some other questions, just suffering from a bit of brain overload.

Here are a few answers for you...
1. You do need your ID to get back on the ship. We buy waterproof containers for our DL and Key to the World card. They hang around our necks and then nothing is left open to disappearing!
2. I always give the Palo waiters a tip...because they are excellent! I have always had top notch service.
3. I'm not sure about that one. Sorry.

You will need your KTTW card for sure. I don't think we had to show our photo-id's but we had them anyway. I don't remeber if you had to have them, but I would recommend you take them

I think most people do tip extra a Palo. The service is "excellent"


We did not try to order any drinks, besides milk for our chocolate chip cookies YUMMY!!!!

We tip extra at Palo..we treat the meal/service as we would any fine dining establishment and tip accordingly.

We got travel wallets, kept id, kttw card and credit card with us..they take up little space in the back pack. Also..don't forget to make copies of everything before you go..so if by some chance they do get lost..you can replace them easily.
