You are starting to see little girls wandering around in this dress - not sure how long they are keeping it on for as it's still warm from late morning
I also took couple of pictures with Brave while we were in parks on Monday...there aren't as great as Carrie but I will put them so there is always more to see as I remember lots of people was asking for them...there are also some of them on disney store online...
both dolls are 24.99E and wig i think it was 10 or 15 sorry i forgot now :-( should have to take pic of price tag as Carrie.. will know for the next time...
Are the costume with the cape warm? I was thinking of ordering tjem from the disneystore (none near us). Doing up a Disney hamper for the girls for xmas for our Feb trip.
I was planning to let dd buy a brave costume at world of disney, somehow we drifted into Disney store whilst out shopping today though and bought the exact one you've shown here. It was £40.00 for comparison and there was a lighter blue one without cape for £30.00 if anyone's interested.
In response to asking if the costume is warm? I'd say not particularly but definitely easy to wear thermals under as it's a similar style to the rapunzel dress dd wore on our December trip.
It felt heavy to me because of the velvet panels... you've also got to take into account that it's in the mid-high 20's atm so even just looking at it makes you feel warm
thanks guys , going to order them it was the £40 I was looking at can get terminals for under. i know dd2 will insist on wearing costumes. i hope they get the rapunzel ones in again as id get it for dd2 she was mad to get it last winter but we weren't going to dlp till may so it would have bn a waste. bought her the rapunzel wedding one instead to distract her lol!
It would be amazing if Merida was there by our trip end November, but taking into account what Carrie says, it might be too early .
It would really round off our trip as I think this may be our last DLRP trip for a good few years..... DH wasn't that keen after our last trip partly because of the hotel issues, and both him and DD1 are talking about all the other lovely places abroad to visit instead, which I can kind of understand
So, Merida would be the icing on the cake for our Christmas trip .
PS - for anyone looking at Merida/Brave stuff. I didn't realise, but there is a Brave magazine out in the UK and this month it has a free Merida jewellery set & mirror. I didn't study it too hard but it looked quite sweet.
