A feature I wish the boards had

I wish you could see how many/or who is browsing the CB. I have seen other boards laid out like ours that have this feature. Then if you post a post and get no replies you would know that only 3 people are on line.

I prefer to think that no one is around, rather than <b>know</b> I'm being ignored.

We used to have this, no? Would appear on the main page and would list the number and names of users online(unless in invisible mode) for the DIS at large.

Normally would have 300-500 users online in the evenings if I remember correctly...where'd that feature go?

Yup, I remember that. The feature I would like is spell check.

lilboo, I haven't seen that feature working in a while.

I'm always in invisible mode, because I usually leave my computer on for the majority of the day. I don't want someone to think I'm here, when I'm really not even in the house.

That feature used to be active and I liked it a lot (I liked the black dot too). Unfortunately I think we lost both of them in trying to keep the board working at capacity. With as many people who are on this board we need to give up some things.

I'd rather give up signatures and avatars than the black dot. Surely that little dot didn't use up too much stuff on the board.

I just want a limitless pm box. And I'd like to be able to get through to those that have full boxes.

That was a wonderful feature, sadly missed. Along with member search gone also.
